Pilates himself and have proven to be the most effective because of its precision allowing the full benefit of the true Pilates.
In addition, our private clients receive a highly professional and complete service. Sessions are tailored individually according to our initial Postural and Flexibility assessment. Through our unique use of a Personal Diary which contains relevant annotations such as level, progress, exercises and client feedback, our teachers can track and optimise the development of each session.
