Private: Private sessions are the most effective way to learn Pilates. The instructor devotes undivided attention to the client’s specific needs and develops a customised programme to produce optimum results, working with the full range of equipment including the Reformer, Pilates Mat, Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Electric Chair and Ladder Barrel. The session lasts for 55 minutes and the intensity of the workout is adjusted to the level appropriate for you.

Duet: Duet sessions provide a more economical way of semi-private training, while maintaining most of the advantages of private sessions. The key is to find a partner with a similar fitness level to yours. We recommend that clients begin their Pilates practice with a few private sessions before taking duets. Duets are also 55 minutes long.

Group: Group sessions are for people who prefer to learn in a group environment. The size of the group is always limited to a maximum of 4 participants to maintain the quality of the training and to ensure that the goals and requirements of each individual are achieved. This session is 45 minutes long.

Private classes are available during the following times:  

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm
  
• Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  

Group classes are schedule for the following days and times:

• Monday: 11:30 am and 8:30 pm
• Tuesday: 8:00 am
• Wednesday: 7:30 pm
• Thursday: 10:00 am and 4:30 pm
• Friday: 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am
• Sunday: 11:00 am

We accept cash, cheques, debit cards, and credit cards (there is an small additional fee for credit card payments).
