Grande Class: is a group class specially tailored for beginners in order to gain an understanding of the principles of Pilates. The program is for 5 consecutive weeks every Thursday at 8 pm. It can have a maximum of 10 people attending.
Private: Private sessions are the most effective way to learn Pilates. The instructor devotes undivided attention to the client’s specific needs and develops a customized program to produce optimum results, working with the full range of equipment including the Reformer, Pilates Mat, Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Electric Chair and Ladder Barrel. The session lasts for 55 minutes and the intensity of the workout is adjusted to the level appropriate for you.
Duet: Duet sessions combine the benefits of private sessions with a more sociable atmosphere. The key is to find the right partner to share the experience with. We recommend that clients begin their Pilates practice with a few private sessions before taking duets. Duets are also 55 minutes long.
Group: Group sessions are for people who prefer to learn in a group environment. The size of the group is always limited to a maximum of 5 participants to maintain the quality of the training and to ensure that the goals and requirements of each individual are achieved. This session is 45 minutes long. (All group classes are based on floor exercise with the use of your own body weight as well as Pilates magic circle, weights, elastic bands and bars to provide the resistance for your workout)
